Academy Established
LIS Academy was established in 2024 to bridge skill gaps and empower employees and customers through industry-relevant and future-ready training programs.
The SEED Program (Skill Enhancement and Employee Development Program) was rolled out as a flagship initiative, designed to deliver employee skill enhancement through Product Familiarization, Sales Training, Practical Trainings, Plant visits creating exposure to the manufacturing process, quality standards, and organizational culture, empowering the team to communicate with greater confidence and authenticity.

The Leadership Development Program was introduced to nurture future leaders by focusing on communication, decision-making, strategic thinking, and professional ethics.
The academy strengthened its credibility and industry alignment by becoming affiliated with the Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC), ensuring nationally recognized standards in skill development.

In the year 2024–25, a total of 805 participants engaged in our training and development initiatives. We successfully conducted 87 structured programs.

06ASDC MoU Signed
A formal Memorandum of Understanding with ASDC marked a significant step in collaborating on certified programs, curriculum alignment, and workforce readiness initiatives.
LIS Academy signed an MoU with the National Instructional Media Institute (NIMI), reinforcing its commitment to high-quality instructional content and standardized vocational training.

LIS Unnati was launched as a dedicated CSR initiative aimed at inclusive development, providing skill training and opportunities to underserved and local garage mechanics.
The launch of the LIS Academy website created a digital gateway for learners, partners, and stakeholders—offering easy access to programs, updates, and resources.

The LIS Unnati mobile app was introduced to enhance accessibility and engagement, enabling learners to connect with training, resources, and opportunities anytime, anywhere.
